Putting customers first, developing high-performing teams, and cultivating a positive work environment make “We Serve” more than a slogan; it has been a part of the ServiceMaster commitment for over 70 years.

Our commitment to exceptional service applies to our franchise network and their employees as well. Working together in an open, honest environment where results matter creates the kind of winning culture that drives high performance, celebrates success, encourages innovation, and attracts and retains great talent.

We don’t stand still.

We’re a 70 year old company thinking more like a start-up. We’re challenging “the way things have always been done.” We’re opening the doors to innovation, to introducing new services to protect and maintain homes and businesses. We’re finding better ways to provide outstanding service and customer communication – where, when and how customers want it delivered.

ServiceMaster’s goal is to stay on the leading edge of change in all our divisions. Built on a foundation of great brands, employees and franchisees with a passion for service.
